Your Package
- Salary £31,000 + 10% bonus scheme

Your Role
- Develop deep relationships with retailers and contact centre personnel, from store managers to sales advisors, to foster a genuine passion for our brand and products.
- Collaborate with retailers to identify unique opportunities and implement innovative training solutions that boost sales and brand awareness.
- Create unforgettable experiences for customers by crafting engaging training programs that elevate the customer journey.
- Leverage your expertise to deliver interactive training programmes for both individual and group sessions across multiple categories.
Do you have what it takes?
- A proven record of success in retail management, ideally within technology, mobile, or high-end retail.
- A keen interest in coaching and the ability to deliver engaging training sessions that inspire and motivate.
- Drive to keep up to date with the latest products and in-store opportunities, current market trends and competitor information.
- Exceptional relationship skills to build strong partnerships with retailers at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and inspire action.
- Full UK driving licence
This position offers a 12 month contract and is field based covering Bristol and the South Wales region of the UK with nationwide travel where required (ideal candidates would be based in the Bristol area)
