Working with a global technology brand as a National Field Training Manager, you will be responsible for leading, developing and inspiring a field training team, covering both Retail and Contact Centres, to create rewarding connections.
Your Package
- Salary £40,000 + 10% performance bonus
- Company Car/Car Allowance
- Full time (Monday -Friday)

Your role:
- Lead, motivate and develop the Retail and Contact centre team to develop opportunities in the channel. Drive knowledge, advocacy and best practice.
- Collaborate with retailers and OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) to identify unique opportunities and implement innovative training solutions and props that boost knowledge and brand advocacy.
- Responsible for adapting training content into suitable formats that the field team can deliver in a variety of formats/sessions.
- Support where required with programmes that enhance activities in field, digitally, through ambassadors or activations that bring training to life.
- Oversee the implementation of the strategic brand vision by attending and contributing to brand events.
You’ll bring:
- Your best self and an open mind. We are looking for leadership experience, ideally gained within technology, mobile, or premium retail experience.
- A drive for teaching and development, with highly regarded presentation and training delivery skills - you’ll show examples of your ability to understand and improve the sales process through effective product training for diverse audiences and how you do it.
- An analytical and results-oriented approach, with a keen interest in product trends, market opportunities, and competitor analysis.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the building of strong relationships with retailers and OEMs at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and inspire action.
- A full UK driving licence; this role is predominantly field based with nationwide travel (ideal candidates would be based in the South East or Midlands region) There would be a requirement to be in the Newbury office 1 day per week.
